For tomorrow we would be going to Aranda Country Club. It it located at Downtown East, Pasir Ris. The check-in time is at 3pm and check out at 10am next morning.



Please bring around 30 dollars for the chalet. We will be meeting at Pasir Ris at 2:30pm and checking in first. We can go play sports at Pasir Ris Park nearby after check-in. Bring whatever entertainment stuff that you might have, such as cards, mahjong set or movies.

So in case you guys don't know where Marina Mandarin (the hotel we are staying at) is, here's a map:
Just so you know, that is not the EXACT location of Marina Mandarin, i'm not sure whether it's before or after that small stretch of road but I hope it helps! It shld take around 10 mins to get there, thanks and have fun everyone! (:

for those who were not online last night, we had a mass convo and we decided to get a bottle of baileys ($50/bottle. each bottle is 1 litre, can be mixed with milk) . for those who want alcohol, what other drinks do you all want? but it's not advisable to mix drinks so i think we should just choose a few kinds that we want.. please give suggestions!


by the way, who (out of the 19 people staying at the hotel) is not going to consume alcohol at all? cus we're gonna split the cost among those who are drinking, so unless you specify otherwise, we'll assume that everyone's gonna drink? tag if you don't want to! :D

here's the details of the better hotel option which the class managed to come up with during the mass convo tonight!

we're thinking of changing it to marina mandarin hotel.. premier suite(63-66sqm)! it costs 461 bucks after tax.. and since 19 ppl are going.. it will mean tt everyone will pay approx 25 bucks.. (cheaper than the originally anticipated 30 bucks each)

hello 6n! =) This is regarding the after prom stayover! i've checked the prices of some of the hotels around city hall area.. and here they are! (they are the cheapest rates available and tts assuming we dun get caught for smuggling in too many ppl!)

Swissotel (34sqm) - $339
Fairmont (38.6sqm) - $238
Pan Pacific (41sqm) - $230
Carlton (32sqm) - $225
Parkroyal (34sqm) - $185

Some of the prices are subjected to GST and service charges though.. not sure whether they are included yet..

Alternatively, does anione have any relatives working in any hotel? We'll be able to get discounts if we manage to find someone xD

p.s. Some hotels have promotions if we book early :D

hello people!

fac outing will be on 7 november! movie starts at 430 and steamboat starts at 7. i think.

anyway! since you guys didn't seem very interested in the settlers cafe idea, so instead of that. let's meet in school earlier at 1PM then we can play sports! :D like uhm. the badminton enthus can go play badminton, the frisbee enthus can go play frisbee and the rest can just join in or play whatever else! :D please remember to bring the equipment you need! for those who want to have lunch together, let's meet at about 11.45-12 then we can walk to somewhere to eat haha.

if you guys wanna watch the movie, we could stop at around 330 or so then we can go shower. if we are not interested in the movie, we can stop playing later! :D maybe 6pm so that there's time to shower before joining the steamboat dinner.
