Hope class outing was fun for you guys yesterday.
I think it was quite noticeable that something was really wrong with me yesterday, and I have to apologize if my mood affected anyone else.

There are some things on my mind that have left me feeling down, and yesterday just happened to be the time when I lost control.

I'm not a typical person, and although I don't show it, there are times when I really need time on my own to cool down and refresh. It happened yesterday all too suddenly, and this time round it was as bad as it has ever been. I'd never expected or intended it to happen.

It's difficult to understand, but I do wish that nobody will hold this against me; I'll probably be fine after a some time alone.
I'll be me again, soon.
